Will I have to pay import duties

For deliveries outside of the EU, Hears B.V does not collect VAT, GST, duties and/or taxes. If your order is above the minimum tax/duty threshold for your country, you will be responsible to pay any fees associated with importing the goods.If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the shipment is returned back to us, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

What if I recieved a defective product?

What if I want to return my order?

What kind of warranty does Mindmarkr offer?

You have the right to return any product purchased from Mindmarkr within 100 days of the delivery date. Even if you have used them! The product does need to be in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
